- Project Matrixx's usage constitutes 'fair use' under section 107 of the US Copyright Law.
- Obtain permission from the copyright owner if you wish to use material beyond 'fair use.'

Information We Collect

- Device unique anonymized ID (changes after factory reset)
- Device model
- Installed software version(s)
- Device registration country
- Active wireless carrier(s)

Opt-Out Option:

- Users can opt out of Project Matrixx device statistics during installation via the setup wizard or later through the Privacy menu in Settings.

Web Data Collection:

- Like most websites, we automatically collect and store information in log files.
- This includes IP addresses, browser type, language, ISP, referring/exit pages, OS, date/time stamps, and clickstream data.
- We aggregate user activity data to improve our services and for system diagnostics.
- Aggregated data is non-personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy:

- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Exceptions apply if a parent sets up an account for their child with verified parental consent.
- If we inadvertently collect data from a child under 13, we promptly delete it.

Information Sharing:

- We only share your information with external parties under the following conditions:
1. With your consent (e.g., submitting bug reports to our tracking platform).
2. When legally obligated.

- We share information with external entities if we believe it's necessary to:
1. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

We do not share your information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of our project unless aforementioned condition/s is applicable.
